Pro Formance America is a Business Development and Investment group (Entrepreneurs). We have been in business for approximately 3 plus years, April 2002. We assist our clients (fortune 500) with the buying and selling of commodities, assist with finance if needed, arrange capital investments/loans for such, and other projects in need of funding/capital, provide bonding (proformance, financial guarentees, etc... ). We are NOT a brokeage firm or trading company, however, we are 50% owners in Global Trading Resurces, LLC out of ILL.. Pro Formance services facilitate the needs of our clients and we work direct with the President/CEO's of those companies we do business with. Pro formance is in Texas, Fla, ILL, and New York. Our services are varied, as it has been noted above. Once a client provides us with a project (LOI), we enter into the market place to find a source to fill the order with. The source, once qualified, is then put into direct contact with the client and negotiations to finalize the transaction is moved forwarded between buyer/seller.

IT IS NOTED THAT DEPENDING ON THE PROJECT/COMMODITY, ETC...PRO FORMANCE WILL BE THE SELLER AND DOES HAVE THE ABILITY TO BUY AND RESELL. THIS APPROACH CAN, WITH SOME PROJECTS, FACILITATE THE CLOSING OF A TRANSACTION. AGAIN, THIS APPROACH IS TAKEN ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. OEM Service:
